Store Policies

Because our products are hand crafted with natural and organic ingredients, there are a few things to remember. Natural ingredients may vary in color and smell. While all of our products contain a plant-derived preservative to reduce the chance of mold and bacteria growth, it is important to properly store products in cool, dry places such as cabinets to minimize the possibility of these growths. It is also important to minimize the introduction of water into products as this could also reduce the effectiveness of the preservative.

Please be aware of shelf life dates, as using the products beyond their shelf-life may expose you to mold or bacteria growth, as the preservative becomes less effective. If you believe that the product has expired in an unreasonable time before the shelf-life date, please contact us so that we can continue to improve our products.
